I'm more interested in the power zoom for video.  Does the power zoom allow for nice smooth video zooming?  From my previous experience with consumer camcorders, I could never get slow, smooth zooming. On my NEX-5N, I have also tried zooming manually, but there is too much shake to get acceptable video.

I'm hoping that this lens will allow zooming that doesn't look amateurish.  Are there are other "issues" with the lens for video purposes?
