Triggertrap for iOS and Bulb Ramping with Canon 5D MKII

Just wondering if anyone out here has used the Triggertrap app and dongle with their Canon 5D MKII with the Bulb Ramping function?
I'm wondering what your thoughts are on this setup and how well it works or how crappy it works.
If anyone can offer up some help/samples, that would be amazing. I have read a few reviews online, they all just say ''triggertrap is amazing'' but they don't delve deep into each function.
