XZ-2 Focus Problems: Does anyone not have them?

I sent my XZ-2 back to B&H for an exchange in the hopes that the focus problems discussed in depth in this forum might not be present. But has anyone purchased or exchanged for one that does NOT have these problems? If yes, would you please also write from what country you purchased you camera?
