I shake, but like taking pictures. Any advice?

Also, the OMD is a great choice, or Pentax DSLR's since they have IBIS (In-Body Image Stabilization), as opposed to Canon/Nikon where its in the lenses. For compactness, the OMD is your winner, but if you want ultimate image quality and aren't afraid to go a bit bigger (really not that much since Pentax's DSLR's are the most compact in the business, as well as their prime lenses), then the Pentax K-30 and/or Pentax K-5 family (Classic/ II / IIs) are recommended extremely highly. I can't comment to the effectiveness of the OMD's shake reduction, although I've heard it is very good. For Pentax, though, I've used as low as 1/4s with medium telephoto to telephoto lenses and gotten acceptable results, so I would venture to say it is on par, and if not, just nearly, so focus more on which system you'd prefer.
