I think the big question is: Do the current m4/3 lenses support PDAF? Because CDAF does not work very well with most of the existing 4/3 lenses and all(?) DSLRs focus slowly, when using CDAF. And perhaps there are differences in lens construction when optimizing for PDAF/CDAF. Like the Olympus Zuiko SWD lenses perform worst on CDAF, but best on PDAF.
