OM-D back focus with MMF1 + Panasonic Leica D Summilux 25mm f1.4

My OM-D constantly having back focus problem when shooting with PL 25mm Summilux D + MMF1. This problem never happen before with my E-P2.

Is this a common thing with OM-D? Do I have to use MMF3 to eliminate this problem?
