Is this fair game to photograph?

But it never occured to me to take pictures of other patients or their families.

Being in hospital is already a gross invasion of one's privacy.

To have visiting strangers adding to that is insufferable.

I'd have complained, and may be in a physical way, if some dolt had tried to do that to me or mine.
