Sigma USA - HELLO !!!!!!

Today is the second day I've tried and been unable to download the online repair order from the SIGMA USA website. I also got my wife to try from her office and no luck. After both of us trying again this morning, she called Sigma USA and was told "our server is down" but when she left the office this afternoon there was still no luck. In the mean time I have a lens under warranty that produces unusable images on two camera bodies.
Is this typical for Sigma USA ? It's only common sense to have a backup server. What's the rest of the service experience going to be like ????
