Totally agreed. Getting a 1/60 shutter speed at f/1.4 will deliver a sharper (or lower ISO = less noisy) image due to less camera shake and subject motion than a 1/15 shutter speed at f/2.8 .
However, the poster is asking for an f/1.4 lens that is optimised for wider apertures, possibly at the expense of narrower apertures. I wonder if the poster would settle for lower quality bokeh in exchange for better sharpness.
