Pros moving to m43

Cartier-Bresson's first Leica - is it better or worse than today's 4/3 or smaller APS-C camera? I think it's a lot worse technically and that he would have loved a little modern 4/3 camera. Is anyone here a "better" photographer than Henri Cartier-Bresson? You use what you've got and learn to be good with it, really, really, good and you'll be OK.
