HS50EXR the XS-1 replacement?

There are a lot of answers on this one.  My simple answer is no.  For a camera that is not compact like an X10 and an RX100 (Sony), etc., a proper OVF or EVF is essential to me.  I can't stand shooting with the "stinky diaper hold" / camera stuck out in front of me.  Especially with a tele and even more with a super-zoom, it needs to be braced (IMO) on your face.  Period. The X-S1 EVF is great is comparison to all other super-zooms.  Based on that alone, not mentioned build quality and other items, is is not even close to being a replacement.
