X-series: RAW file processing in Lightroom

I am looking for the comparative experience of the Forum contributors. Can you comment on the relative quality of RAW processing capability of Lightroom, between Canon CR2 (full frame) and Fuji RAW from X-E1 or X Pro1? I shoot Canon. I am however considering buying into the Fuji X-System (with X-E1 and X20) and the only serious impediment from my needs seems to be that the Fuji and Adobe do not cooperate to figure out the best processing of RAW files...
