So, what gives with the terrible DPReview site performance lately?

Seems like the entire site and/or the forums goes down once or twice a day for minutes at a time, and sometimes for quite longer. It was just unavailable for 15 minutes.
Isn't the site being served off of the Amazon platform now? Multiple site outages is a day is pretty unbelievable.
