Bad Adorama experience with RX-1 Locked

It's a screwup but they happen to everyone.  You and they both have to walk this one out, dot the i's and cross the t's.  I'm sure they've started their own internal look while the UPS investigation starts.

One thing that I've wondered about in the past is how Adorama and B&H both do their shipping---because I think it goes out from warehouses remote from their actual stores.  When I order from a smaller retailer (Beach, for instance) I'm pretty sure it's handled right there (although I could be wrong, since Beach is also a couple of other online retailers as well).

The real measure of how well they do is what happens from here.
