7D Videos -------------------- Issues with "cut movie" in Canon Zoom-browser EX

I have a few videos shot with 7D. I open them in Canon Zoom-browser Ex and go to Edit Movie and choose the movie clip that need to be cut. Open the movie file and play. When I go to the frame/s that I want to cut and click on "Cut Movie" It says Zoom Browser can not cut this movie.

I repeat the above with another clip and "Cut Movie" It says " If you cut a MOV (H264) movie taken with your camera, it will be a high speed cut using units of approximately one second".

I would appreciate help on why this happens differently in two clips when both the movie/video clips are shot with the same 7D?
