Ah! Thank for that. Yes, that is correct. I have flicker decrease programmed on for both C2 and C3. I forgot that I had done that. I guess that is one way to get the shutter speed to stick.
My Flicker control is turned off. Its just weird that custom setting revert to whatever the last shutter speed is. It's not the end of the world, just odd.
