ok i get alot of great advice on here, alot of it one person says do this another says don't..lol..i read bryan petersons " understanding exposure"...he states that he uses 6 F stops ..f/4...f/5.6/ f/8, f/11, f/16, & f/22...in his book he only shoots in manual mode or aperture priority. alot of photographers say not to go over f/8 or f/16 ...etc..as a newbie...what should be the general rule i stick to( should i stay in aperture priority/ use spot metering vs evaluating metering/ ? i want the best way to learn my camera in a creative way not in auto so how should i be practicing?do most professional photographers use manual focus in these modes or is auto focus a better choice?
