Sometimes it's better to say nothing than something bad.
In the last 12 months there are quite a few cameras with ratings in the 60's. I am guessing DPR is just busy with other priorities and will probably get it to it 6 months after launch.
Or perhaps there is a firmware update and they are waiting for that before giving a review.
