Considering IQ alone, which one should I choose: NEX F3 or A57?

Hi, people, glad to be a part of this community, have been reading for a long time and thought it was already time I joined in.

Since the price difference is quite large between the NEX F3 and the A57 here in my country (Brasil) I´d like to know which one delivers the best IQ. I´ve seen samples from both cameras and used the tool to compare the output as well and the F3 seems to be better in this matter. But since I am not knowledgable in digital photography at all, I´d like your help to find out.

I think I´d miss the EVF since I´m used to it from my film photography experience and I really like the controls on the A57, which look a lot better than the ones in the F3. But since I´m still new to digital I thought I would make IQ my priority for starters. And since I can´t afford a better camera yet, I was considering giving the F3 a try. What do you think?
