AF point select v. focus-recompose on OM-D

I usually do focus and recompose with most of my cameras and it is quich easy and accurate. However, selective AF  becomes very helpful when the camera is locked on a tripod with a composition already done and I prefer not to move it anymore.  On the OMD it can be done also through the touch screen but I'm already deep into the habit.
