LRT Bridge at Dawn

Hello!  I'm new to this forum, though I have been lurking for a few weeks.  I bought a Samsung NX20 during Black Friday, and I am also pretty new to photography.  I started with a long zoom camera that let me dabble in Apeture Priority mode and Manual mode to see if it was something that I would want to persue... and here we are!

This would be my second photoshoot out with the 50-200mm lens, and I was looking for some feedback on composition, exposure, etc. etc.  In particular, I was wondering about the starbursts that I am getting on the street lights.  Is this normal? I like how they look in this picture, but I could see it getting annoying later on.  Has anyone else had these?
