Tall tripod or stand.

If you go around the place seeking for good spirited moods, you need a monopod for that purpose,  with a slightly extended lower part of the pole. But monopod doesn't help if you want a static place and randomly shoot with a remote control, there you need something else and after midnight it should be very heavy.
