Photo sites near Orlando ??

You might be interested in Gatorland.  Lots of alligators and large shore birds.  You will be a bit early for the maximum birding opportunities, which happens in March/April during the nesting season.  There is also a Medieval castle and show which gives good photo opportunities.  I don't remember the exact name, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
