Anyone manage to get a microphone and a flash on the OM-D at the same time?

Everybody seems to be forgetting that the SEMA-1 slides into the hotshoe and plugs into the accessory port. Therefore, for cameras that don't have an integrated flash such as the E-M5, there is not a way to either mount a flash into the hotshoe or to trigger an external flash (which requires a flash mounted in the hotshoe).
