Some months back the recharging deck stopped working in the sense that the green light would come on without any of the charge indicater lights (all 3 of them) coming on. Even 24 hours after "recharging" none of those indicater lights would come on with or without pressing the "Kodak" button to the left of them. The batteries would also stay uncharged. I have had to use Kodak unchargeable batteries since and replace them every time they run low. Does anybody here know what could have gone wrong with the deck and why it is not charging? Thanks.

Hi Joe,

With all due respect, your DC is 10 years old. Electronics tend to die after, sometimes, many years of service. You are lucky to have 10 years of service and still being able to use your DX4330.

The camera uses 2 x AA or 1 x CR-V3 for which you can get a 3rd party charger, for instance of eBay.

Maybe you will have to buy new batteries for it (eBay), but if the camera still serves you well, why not?
