Have both as part of my 14, 20, 45 and 60 set of primes. No rocket science here as to why both -- the 45 has the speed for low light shooting and for portraits and the 60 is a macro and I do a lot of macro. The only other native macro is the Panny 45 which would duplicate the Oly 45 fl and the only other AF 4/3 macro is the Oly 35 3.5, which would be an even smaller gap focal length coupled with the 45, so if you want native macro, and you already have the Oly 45, the 60 is an easy and good choice. If I didnt need the macro I would have likely jumped to the 75 instead.
By the way, I had the Oly 35 macro and used it by way of adaptor and loved it but the AF was deadly slow. The 60 is no speed demon but does focus faster and has a focus range divider that helps significantly
