The above words come from somebody who admits they haven't used the FZ200 for video.

Well, here is a statement from somebody who has shot a lot of video with this camera: "the FZ200 is capable of 1080p video which cannot be faulted by comparison with GH2/GH3"

Of course, the difference is in the competence of the videographer. The GH3 does need less expertise too get it going well.

You can start learning by selecting "Natural" film mode, contrast/sharpness/NR at -2, -2, -2, so that you can produce the cuts in post, just like the best GH2/GH3 footage is produced.

Don't have a professional post-processing workflow? Well then, you will never achieve half of what either the FZ200 or GH3 are capable of achieving...
