Love it, I dont agree with a previous poster about the hair. I think it looks good like it is, a bit messy.
If I would HAVE TO pick one thing to improve: it would be her expression. Maybe its the mouth, it could be somehow more suggestive to complete the "out of bed and ready for more"-look.
Well thats just my amateur opinion anyway.
