Reccomendations for HVLF60M

Hello all! I got a HVLF60M FLash unit for my Sony A99. I am a newbie with flash.
I want to be able to trigger my flash off camera using a wireless trigger and would like the TTL functionality too.
Do you know of the best bang for buck wireless flash triggers to recommend?

PS: I also have a SB-22 Nikon Speedlight and was wondering whether it is possible for the flash trigger to fire off the speedlight as well?
