Maybe one day the Creation Scientists will discover the gene for the Big Bang Theory

Two words that don't belong together: "Creation Scientists"

Yes. Ever heard of:

-Gregor Mendel

-Louis Pasteur

-Blaise Pascal

-Nicolaus Copernicus

-Galileo Galilei

-Johannes Kepler

-Robert Boyle

-John Dalton

-Lord Kelvin

-James Prescott Joule

-Michael Faraday

-Sir Isaac Newton

All were Creation Scientists.

...that the scientists above thought they were discovering the "Mind of God" as opposed to "Creation Scientists" who think they already know it, and reject any science that conflicts with the Bible.

You know the type I'm talking about, right, Phil?

They were Bible believing scientists and they believed God was the Creator of the universe and all its scientific laws.

Isaac Newton actually wrote more on Biblical history than science, and by his own chronology of the Bible, he estimated the creation date to be about 4000BC, just over 6000 years ago.

Johannes Kepler calculated a similar date of 3977BC, based on the Bible.

Because, at the time, Christianity was the culture, and they had no evidence to the contrary at the time.

Not all Creation Scientists are nutters like me

What makes you a nutter, as opposed to them, is that, when presented with overwhelming scientific evidence that contradicted the Bible, they'd have chosen differently than you.
