Build quality and durability: D600 vs D800

My next camera will be one of these.  The determining factor will be build quality.  I hear that the D800 is close to the D4 in terms of durability, weather sealing, etc.  Then I read on the dp review of the D600 that it is close to the D800 in terms of build.  So which is it?

I'm going to Machu Picchu and the High Andes mountains in June or October and need to get a camera before then.  The most important thing is to not fry my camera and I really need the best build quality and durability between these two.

Thoughts?
