5R start-up time 3 seconds?

I'm considering to buy nex 5R, I'm stuck with the startup time.

I read a review shows 2.4 seconds start up time.

Then I went to the shop:

I turned it on sometime only take 0.5 second.

But if I took out the battery, after a while, I plug in the battery,

then I count 1, 2, 3, oh, it's really slow one, it's a shame, nex 5r...

I want to know, once I turned on the nex 5r, how long does it last for 0.5 second startup, then it will back to very slow 3 second startup??
