Corel Aftershot Pro watermark question

I'm trying to create a visible watermark/copyright using the Ztext plugin in Aftershot Pro.  I can create the watermark on top of the image, but when I go to save the image, the watermark disappears from the saved image. I've spent a couple of hours searching online for a solution with no results.  If anyone is familiar with ASP and Ztext and can help me with this, I'd be most appreciative.
