X-E1 ISO 1600, f1.4

I was trying to focus on the forward eye, but the one further away looks sharper.  I find the focusing square too big to know what the camrea is trying to focus on.  In the menu you have a choice between "area" and "multi".  I think Fuji really means area instead of spot.

Generally I have not found the autofocusing to be a problem except when shooting portraits.  I find it difficult to get any kind of rapid focus on the eye.
