Thanks Karaya

It's my first bigish lens: Tamron SP 300mm f2.8 (60B). Often recognized by it's green color, it's a good quality lens for the low cost of ~$500 in good condition. It has pretty significant color fringing at times though, and a stubby and small tripod collar mount, but otherwise it's a well built 300mm f2.8. I actually really like the Adaptall-2 mount and share the adapters and TCs with my Tamron SP 90mm f2.5 and the Tamron SP 35-80mm f2.8-3.8.

I just received my first gimbal head for Christmas and I'm excited use this lens more. Someday I hope to invest in my dream lens: the Nikkor 400mm f3.5.

Cheers,

Seth
