EXCELLENT WORK DPR - It's Appreciated.

This sub-thread seems to be centred on how  easy or difficult it is for someone to start using  Flash. To the owners of this site, that is probably irrelevant: everybody can do it, given the right balance between the cost (in time, in browser switch/upgrade, hardware upgrade, in security implications, in switching platforms - whatever) and the benefit. To the owners of DPR, it should be instead a matter of simple statistics: how many users are in a position where the only reason, the only benefit for using some, in their view undesirable piece of software is this site, and this site only, and whether their number is growing or decreasing. I suggest it's growing.
