I have a NEX-7 system. The autofocus in all these mirrorless cameras is as slow as a wet week. Not suitable for action unless you prefocus and all those tricks, but...
I went for a big hillwalk the other day and had a nex and 4 lenses with me and it weighed nothing at all. That's what it's for.
Same with the mirrorless Canon.
