another option is a flash and radio triggers.

I have the youngnou rf-603 and they are great for the price,

downside is only manualy of camera flash and no hss wireless.

Thanks, I have read that thread that was written before the 90 EX was release.  I appreciate your suggestions.

What do you think of an off-camera flash cord (ex. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/755549-REG/Vello_OCD_U33_Universal_Duo_TTL_Off_Camera.html) that is 33 feet and compatible with TTL?  I could combine it with a 430EX II?
