Sometimes, it's nice to forget new tech & just go out to shoot random stuff

I still have a battered-looking old 1D Mark II and a Sigma 70-210mm f2.8 which can't stop down (due to the infamous "error99" for older Sigma lenses on EOS DSLR).

It's a nice combi, if only to go out for a couple of hours and shoot random things. Here's some gritty JPG's out-of-cam, little bit of pp. They're technically not great (soft, noisy) but I had fun simply going out and shooting stuff.
