Quick question for people using live view focus on D800 and/or D600

I used live view for focusing most of the time.  I purchased a D800e from Amazon and sent it back after about 30 days.  I was used to focusing in live view on Nex-7 which was wonderful. Compared to the Nex-7 the  D800e is not as goog for live view focusing but it can be done.  I since bought a D600 and I use live view most of the time and I love it.  It is soooo much better than D800e.  I would never trade my D600 for a D800e but that is just me.  Your needs maybe different.
