HELP outdoor winter shot

Hey guys,

Recently purchased a canon Rebel T3 and my daughter would like me to a "photo shot" of her and her boyfriend outside in the snow..( I hate the cold ) anyways she has great plans on what kind of picture she'd like to get and where we will be taken them. Question is what the best settings should I be trying?
