A number of people around here love to point out what a safe place the UK is, and how they feel no need to carry a gun. So here is my question:

Why do you feel the need to have over 4 million cameras monitoring the public at all times?

Paranoid much?

Very effective at detecting minor street crimes and provides admissible court evidence in the event of one. If you had your camera snatched in London, chances are the police could identify and track the perp.

One of the reasons for the steady fall in the crime rate across the board.

You should try it. Perhaps then you won't be so scared that you'll need to arm yourself.
