Reloading Lightroom

I need to re-load Lightroom and I currently have a number of pre-sets loaded which have been purchased from other companies [that is they are not the pre-sets provided with Lightroom] as well as things like Nik software, OnOne software etc.
My question is - will I lose all those pre-sets and software when I reload Lightroom - that is will I have to reload them again. I'd rather not if I can avoid it!
