OT: iPad "Sales"

You can indeed do so but the ipad is basically a limited (by Apple) device and keypads only make it appear like a laptop, ie a screen with a keyboard. It's basically of no use for anything other than emails, surfing the web and viewing photographs. Thats my opinion; if you want a laptop function, buy a laptop of the same price as an ipad. It will be streets ahead in every respect.

I've had 3 ipads, loads of laptops, 3 iphones and an Asus Transformer (a.k.a useless gimmick), so I do speak with a modicum of experience.

I would add that the ipad is far and away the best tablet and then some. As a tablet, I swear by them.  That said, I'm going to buy a Nexus 7 tomorrow in the hope that I can prove myself wrong........
