PARIS Street Shooting around New Year's Eve
4 months ago
|
Just got back from four days in Paris, where we spent new year's eve.
Short days with low sun and long shadows are ideal for dramatic street shooting. We walked the feet from under our legs, had nice meals in quaint eateries, drinks in busy bars and visited a number of museums. Great time.
I'll get around to processing photos of all the usual landmarks later, but I rushed to get my street-shooting processed and online. The E-M5 really is an ideal camera for that purpose.
A gallery of my Paris street (and museum) photos is here: http://roelh.zenfolio.com/p187119431
Use the slideshow option (speed as desired) for maximum viewing size on any monitor.
The samples below give you an idea of what to expect. C&C is welcome, as always.
Xmas Ferris Wheel between Tuileries and Place de la Concorde

Pont Neuf
Place des Vosges
Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg)
Thank you for looking. Comments welcome.
