Would love help on this picture (for school yearbook)

Every time I post a photo on here, I am always amazed by the talent of those that post their edits!  Thank you all they are all fantastic.  Shows how much I have to learn.

I had such a hard time with the eyes.  It bothered me that they weren't in focus and were noisy.  Like I said, such an imperfect photograph, but she loved it.  So I was trying to make do with it.
