Lee and Rosco gels come with information that tells you how much change there when using the gels. As well, it will come down to the light sources present. I guess you could custom white balance so you can see what the ambient lighting is then gel to correct to that. Generally, under incasecent light, a 3/4 to a full CTO would match fairly well.
