Pet dog picture - feedback requested

Thanks for the feedback Darrell, and no, I don't object at all.

The vignetting does improve it. You seem to have adjusted the white balance too - my original now looks slightly pinky on my monitor whereas yours looks more neutral. The increased contrast does help in some ways although I'm not sure about the trade off in detail of the nose. I know what you mean about the duvet cover, but it was all that was available at the time. A different colour would have been better. Personally, I don't find the pattern itself distracting although I understand that many people would.

What do you think about the depth of field? The nose is soft and the ears are out of focus. I don't mind this but what do you think?
