Why not m4/3? Yes, it is a new system for you, but it offers what you ask for. The OMD-E5 is weather sealed, customisable set up, lighter than most APS-C cameras, smaller and offers good lenses that are lighter than their APS-C counterparts. The only downside is the required investment in new equipement.
