Do cameras have different meetering settings ?

Test - Canon 70-200 F4 on a Tripod, evaluative mode

Aperture priority mode F5, ISO 320 pointint towards another building.

60D (70mm) camera gave it 1200/sec

5D2 (105mm) to compensate for the crop factor camera gave it 800/sec

I do notice slight difference under the histogram. To the naked eye, both photos look acceptable.

What is the reason for same settings working differently on different camera ?
